Our AMBROSIA Capers are small buds grown in the hillsides of Spain, Morocco, Syria and Turkey and preserved in a vinegar brine. They are produced by the caper bush, which are found in mountain areas where the capers are hand picked. Capers add a touch of culinary artistry as well as a unique flavor. Non-Pareille is the most desirable size, while Capotes are larger and are chopped or ground up. Use in salads, in tartar sauce, fish recipes and antipasto.
